Image Film Festival held its 33rd event all virtually on April 2020. The opportunity of speaking with Steffanie Ling allowed us to better understand how the festival's artistic director and her team adopted to the reality of the festival culture this year, and how actions and decisions on online delivery of programs have taken place. The interview opened a fruitful discussion on festival reprogramming, copyright, spectatorship, logistical challenges and impact on the festival in the coming years.
